Quantum Global Technologies, LLC

Social and Environmental Responsibility Statement from Co-Founders Scott Nicholas and David Zuck:

Quantum Global Technologies, LLC (QGT) is proud of our legacy of providing a safe and healthy work environment for our employees and guests, as well as maintaining an open and cooperative relationship with environmental regulatory agencies.  QGT’s safety goal is to be best-in-class and our historical safety record, which exceeds industry benchmarks, proves our commitment.

We have taken our responsibility as environmental stewards seriously in an industry that continuously challenges companies to be innovative and proactive in its efforts to keep the environment healthy.   We continue to drive reductions in resource consumption and generated wastes and will continue to promote the welfare and improvement of communities that we serve.

We are proud of our record of social responsibility, and our compliance with all elements of the Electronic Industry Citizenship Coalition (EICC) Code of Conduct, exemplified by our inclusion in the EICC’s Conflict-Free Smelter Program for Tantalum (a “conflict mineral”).

Please see QGT’s Conflict Free Mineral Policy.

When we founded QuantumClean many years ago, we wrote six essential, governing policy statements, including an Environmental and Social Responsibility policy.  Our inclusion in EICC’s Conflict-Free Sourcing program is the latest affirmation of management’s commitment to this policy.  To date, we are the first and only semiconductor industry outsourced process tool parts cleaner to participate in this program.  This is just one example of many in which we strive to conduct business ethically and environmentally responsibly in a challenging and rapidly changing global market.
